We offer a wide range of classes to meet your needs—whether you seek movement,
mindfulness, strength, or slow release. These include Foundations, Vinyasa, Yin, Power Yoga,
Rocket, Restorative, and Ashtanga practices.
We also have specialty sessions like Candlelit classes, Music-themed flows, Prenatal Yoga, and
Kids Yoga. Beyond yoga, we offer Mat Pilates, and Zumba.
Not at all. Ohm Yoga is for every body—whether you're new to yoga or deep into your
practice. Our instructors offer thoughtful guidance and modifications. New students may
enjoy starting with our Foundations or Gentle classes
We're open:
• Monday to Friday: 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Class schedules may vary—please check our live schedule online or via the Rezerv app.
Yes, pre-registration is recommended. Book a class via our website, the Rezerv app, or by
contacting us through call, text, or Viber. Walk-ins are welcome when slots are available.
Yes. We provide yoga mats and essential props such as blocks, bolsters, and straps. You're
also welcome to bring your own for added comfort.
We suggest:
• A yoga mat towel (optional)
• A refillable water bottle
• A bath towel (available for rent if needed)
Wear breathable, comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Avoid overly loose
clothing that might interfere with your practice.
We offer day passes, class packs, unlimited memberships, and introductory offers for
first-time guests. All memberships must be activated and used within one (1) year from the
date of purchase. See our pricing page for the full list.
We encourage cashless payments for ease and safety. All major payment channels are
accepted. For discounts (e.g., PWD or senior citizen), we recommend transacting in person at
the studio for a smoother experience.
Yes, under these terms:
• Annual members: Up to 3 freezes totaling 15 days, for travel or medical reasons
• 6-month members: One freeze (up to 5 days) with medical certificate
Please contact our team for assistance.
Please cancel at least 12 hours before your class to avoid penalties. Late cancellations or
no-shows will result in a class deduction or a fee depending on your pass type
We provide:
• Showers
• Changing rooms
• Lockers
• A lounge area for post-practice grounding
Yes—limited slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yes. We offer personalized one-on-one or small-group sessions tailored to your needs.
